I just wanted to let you know how happy Jim and I are with Amanda sitting for our puppies Reggie and Mickey. They’re doing great together! They get a lot of fun and exercise from the mid-day walk/play sessions, and both Jim and I are able to come home from work earlier to be with them also. That was more difficult when we had to drive 30 minutes each way from the office to let them out at lunch. I just wanted to let everyone at Dog Days and Cat Naps what a wonderful employee you have in Lisa P. We have used your services for several years and have been blessed to have Lisa as our pet sitter. She always calls upon arrival (I realize this may be part of your policy) to let us know how the animals are behaving and to go over the schedule of visits. Most importantly I want you to know how much my wife and daughter appreciate the ease at which Lisa can be contacted; we call her several times over the course of our time away just to check in as our black Lab is getting older and has issues.

Good Morning, I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that "Susan" seems to be a wonderful fit with my Kid's. I would guess that 98% of your customer's, if not 100%, feel that their pets are members of their family and are extremely careful with who they leave in charge of their well being. I also know that animals are very good when it comes to reading a persons true character and I find that my "Bear" excels in this area and he was immediately at ease with her and so where my other two (2) dog's as well. "Sweetpea", one of my cat's even made an appearance to see what all the excitement was about and got some cuddle time too. Friday was an extremely "busy" day for me and she was at my home and ready to go at exactly 1:30PM which impressed me even more. She helped load the Kid's and drove them to Julington Creek, with some help from "Jake" I believe, helped unload and waited patiently while they were escorted back to their kennel. She was extremely professional and I was so impressed that I bragged all weekend to all of my friends! I feel very comfortable at this time with the fact that she will be the one taking care of my kid's when neither my husband nor myself are available. I hope that she feels the same. "Thank You" for making the perfect match for our family. Also, is it appropriate to leave a "tip" for your sitter? She did such a wonderful job that I would like her to know that her efforts did not go unappreciated. Linda F. (Southside)
